As I proposed before , I now could have a wish that ONCOLOGY will be an important discipline in Medical Sciences not only as an institution by name but as an excellent centre for diagnosis, management , treatment and education, preventive aspect also needs to be strengthened, This will be a prize from the Ministry of Health.Oncology now has different ramifications,specifying the different body organ with cause and the nature of spread and other differences and with many recently evolving updates , newer technologies and drugs . The advanced countries which have those might have the magnanimity and also a human responsibility to lend the technologies,and strengthen the weaker centres and by participation and technology transfer to train those countries and people with the use and maintain and sustain the technological machines and acumen to contain the evolving technology..The countries with higher possibilities to flourish the technologies with committed people but are less impoverished with those newer advancements may be the choices ..The cancer which have strong genetic bias need to have it tinkled with genetic manipulations, engineering and genome study and gene mapping and many newer molecular biology technique. The diagnosis also has newer dimensions to go in depth to the cause and depth of the thing with a predictable prognosis time. .Many of the cancers which are now known to have no known or detectable cause might have answers.The technique which are there if installed and maintained will pave a smooth way of movement by the oncologist with many awe and admirations from nature waiting in disguise in front of them Research is an enjoyment and an untiring time for some to see the beauty of nature.
